Ryan grew up in the construction industry and worked as a laborer/carpenter while studying finance in college. He first learned about cash flowing properties while mixing mortar for a bricklayer who owned a portfolio of Section 8 homes. After graduating, Ryan was an analyst at a large bank before becoming an acquisitions officer for a national apartment owner. Ryan then started Haddon Property Group, a company focused on acquiring and developing self storage facilities.
Tom works with Ryan at Haddon Property Group. Prior to joining Haddon, Tom worked as an investor associate at a financial services company. Real estate piqued Tom’s interest as he noticed that his wealthiest clients had accumulated their wealth through real estate investing.
